Vehicle Rental & Journey Terms
- Minimum Daily Mileage: For all outstation trips, a minimum running allowance of 250 kilometres average per day is applicable.
- Tolls & Taxes: Toll taxes, state border entry permits, and parking charges are not included in the standard base kilometre rate and are payable as per actual government receipts.
- Night Allowance: For journeys running past 11:30 PM, an additional night driver allowance of ₹500/- is charged.
- Vehicle Cleanliness: Smoking and alcohol consumption inside our commercial cabs is strictly prohibited under local transport regulations.
